CM Unveils Telangana Thalli Statues Across Districts Hyderabad, December 9, 2025: In a significant cultural milestone, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy virtually unveiled newly installed Telangana Thalli statues at District Collectorate premises across the State. The ceremony was conducted from the stage of the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 at Bharat Future City. The Chief Minister said it was a proud moment that the State-wide unveiling took place from the Global Summit platform in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers and other dignitaries. He also extended greetings on the occasion of Telangana Thalli Emergence Day to international delegates and industrial leaders attending the summit. Revanth Reddy recalled that on December 9, 2009, the UPA Government under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi and then Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh announced the initiation of the process to form Telangana, fulfilling the aspirations of four crore people. Recognising the historical importance of the day, the government has decided to observe December 9 every year as Telangana Thalli Emergence Day. The Chief Minister said the government draws daily inspiration from Telangana Thalli and is committed to fulfilling the aspirations of Dalits, Girijans, Adivasis, minorities and all sections of the population. He added that with the establishment of statues in all District Collectoratesfollowing last years unveiling at the State SecretariatTelangana continues to progress as a leading State in welfare and development. تلنگانہ رائزنگ گلوبل سمٹ میں حکومت کے ساتھ دنیا بھر کی مختلف کمپنیوں نے مختلف شعبہ حیات میں 5 لاکھ 39 ہزار 495 کروڑ کی سرمایہ کاری کے معاہدوں پر دستخط کئے ۔ حکومت سے جاری تفصیل کے مطابق دنیا بھر کی مختلف کمپنیوں نے تلنگانہ میں 5 لاکھ 39 ہزار کروڑ سے زائد کی سرمایہ کاری کے یادداشت مفاہمت پر دستخط کئے ہیں جن میں محکمہ دفاع‘ محکمہ شہری ہوابازی‘ رئیل اسٹیٹ ‘ قابل تجدید توانائی ‘ سیاحت و دیگر شعبہ جات شامل ہیں۔ سمٹ کے پہلے دن 2لاکھ43ہزار کروڑ کی سرمایہ کاری کے معاہدوں پر دستخط ہوئے جبکہ دوسرے دن 2 لاکھ 96 ہزار 495 کروڑ کی سرمایہ کاری کے معاہدوں پر دستخط ہوئے ہیں۔ مختلف اجلاسوں میں ریاست کی ترقی اور نئے شہر کو بسانے کے اقدامات کے متعلق حکومت کے منصوبہ جات کا تفصیلی احاطہ کیاگیا ۔ چیف منسٹر ریونت ریڈی نے دوسرے دن خطاب میں مسز سونیا گاندھی کو ان کی سالگرہ پر مبارکباد پیش کرکے کہا کہ سرزمین ہندوستان پر جب تک تلنگانہ کا وجود باقی رہے گا اس وقت تک سونیاگاندھی کو یاد رکھا جائے گا کیونکہ علحدہ تلنگانہ کی تشکیل میں سونیا گاندھی کے کردار کو فراموش نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ ریونت ریڈی نے گلوبل سمٹ کے کامیاب انعقاد کیلئے کابینی رفقاء ‘ عہدیداروں اور مندوبین کو مبارکباد پیش کی اور کہا کہ حکومت نے تلنگانہ کی جامع ترقی کیلئے جو منصوبہ تیار کیا ہے اس کے مطابق تلنگانہ کو 2047 تک 3ٹریلین معیشت تک پہنچانے کے علاوہ ملک کی جی ڈی پی میں 10 فیصد حصہ ادا کرنے والی ریاست کے طو ر پر ترقی دینے کی کوشش ہے اور انہیں یقین ہے کہ جو منصوبہ تیار کیاگیا اس پر عمل کے ذریعہ تلنگانہ یہ نشانہ حاصل کرسکتا ہے۔چیف منسٹر نے سمٹ کے مقام سے ہی ریاست کے 33 ضلع کلکٹریٹس کی عمارت میں نصب ’تلنگانہ تلی ‘ کے مجسمہ کی نقاب کشائی انجام دی اور کہا کہ تلنگانہ کی تاریخ میں 9 ڈسمبر کی کلیدی اہمیت ہے کیونکہ اسی دن سونیا گاندھی کی سالگرہ ہے اور 2009 میں 9 ڈسمبر کو مسز گاندھی نے علحدہ تلنگانہ کی تشکیل کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ ریونت ریڈی نے کہا کہ گلوبل سمٹ میں ملک و بیرون ملک کی سرکردہ کمپنیوں کے ذمہ داروں نے سرمایہ کاری کو محفوظ قرار دے کر اعتماد کا اظہار کیا ہے ۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ تلنگانہ میں سرمایہ کاری سے نہ صرف ریاست کی ترقی ہوگی بلکہ حکومت کمپنیوں کی جو توقعات ہیں انہیں پورا کرنے کوشش کریگی ۔ چیف منسٹر نے مختلف کمپنیوں کے ذمہ داروں کے اجلاسوں میں بتایا کہ تلنگانہ میں سرمایہ کاروں کو سہولتوں کی فراہمی کے سلسلہ میں متعلقہ محکمہ جات کو ہدایات جاری کی جاچکی ہیں۔ چیف منسٹر نے ’بھارت فیوچر سٹی ‘ کے قیام اور اسے عصری شہر کے طور پر ترقی دینے کے منصوبہ سے سرمایہ کاروں کو واقف کروایا اور کہا کہ عالمی معیار کی سہولتوں کے ساتھ اس شہر میں ان تمام عصری سہولتوں کو ملحوظ رکھا جائے گا جو کہ کسی بھی عالمی معیار کے شہر میں ہونی چاہئے ۔انہوں نے بتایا کہ ْآئی ٹی اور مصنوعی ذہانت کے دور میں تمام سہولتوں سے لیس شہر کی ضرورت کو محسوس کرکے حکومت تلنگانہ نے یہ منصوبہ تیار کیا ہے۔ دوسرے دن چیف منسٹر و ریاستی وزراء نے سرمایہ کاروں سے تبادلہ خیال میں کہا کہ ریاستی حکومت نئے شہر کے قیام کے ذریعہ تلنگانہ کے نوجوانوں کو روزگار کی فراہمی و معیشت کے استحکام کو یقینی بنارہی ہے۔ وزراء ڈپٹی چیف منسٹر مسٹر ملو بھٹی وکرمارک ‘ مسٹر ڈی سریدھر بابو‘ کیپٹن اتم کمار ریڈی ‘ مسٹر کومٹ ریڈی وینکٹ ریڈی ‘ مسٹر ٹی ناگیشور راؤ‘ مسٹر جوپلی کرشنا راؤ کے علاوہ اعلیٰ عہدیدار بھی اجلاسوں میں موجود رہے۔ سمٹ میں مختلف ریاستوں و و بیرونی ممالک کے مندوبین کیلئے خصوصی انتظامات کئے گئے تھے ۔
